This policy explains how Faqeeh i (faqeehi.com) collects, uses and protects your data when you use the website, courses, live lessons and free journeys.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email address and password (stored hashed) when you create an account.
• Sign in with Google: if you choose Google sign-in we receive only your name, email address and Google account ID. We never see your Google password or any other data in your Google account.
• Learning data: courses you buy, lesson progress and quiz results, and your progress in free journeys when you are signed in.
• Payment data: payments are processed by PayPal; we never receive your card details. We keep only the transaction record (amount, date, status).
• Technical data: the cookie needed to keep you signed in, and basic server logs (such as IP address and time) for security.

2. How we use your data

• To create, sign in to and secure your account.
• To deliver courses and lessons, track your progress and issue certificates.
• To process payments and refunds.
• To contact you about your account and lessons, for example password resets.

We do not sell your data, we use Google user data only to sign you in, and we never share it for advertising.

3. Sharing

We share the minimum necessary data only with the providers that run the platform: hosting and database, PayPal for payments, and an email service for messages. A teacher sees your name and lesson details when you book lessons with them.

4. Cookies and local storage

We use a single essential cookie to keep your session signed in. In free journeys your progress is saved in your browser (local storage), without any advertising tracking.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account exists. You can request a copy of your data, a correction, or permanent deletion of your account by emailing info@faqeehi.com; we act within 30 days. If you signed up with Google you can also revoke our access from your Google account settings.

6. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), passwords are stored hashed, and access to data is limited to the people who operate the platform.

7. Children

Some of our content is made for young learners. For children under 13 we recommend that a parent creates or supervises the account; a parent can ask us to delete their child's data at any time.
